The DST TEAM has just finished series of events for 2011 and has taken a break. The Team will bring in a fresh series of Charismatic events in January 2012

Fatima Challenge:-

 

Ongoing Fatima Challenge!! – 

First Saturdays at St Dyfrig’s

Devotions 10 a.m. until just after 12 noon on the First Saturday of each month at St Dyfrig’s Church, Treforest (CF37 1DB), in response to the invitation of Our Lady at Fatima. Includes Mass (10 am), opportunity for confession, rosary, meditation, and a time of shared prayer in which personal prayer intentions will also be offered in front of the Blessed Sacrament. Further info: Tony Fodor 0789 125 3133 (Mob) or  Rev Gareth Leyshon 01443 402439.

DST CORE TEAM NEWS

Morgan Chambers who leads the Diocesan Service Team Publicity events has decided to emigrate to the United States to join his Fiancee Irina Zarahi Barahona. DST Team wishes him all the best and the good Lord’s blessings for the future.

 The DST is grateful to Morgan for all the wonderful work he has done to keep us all in the Archdiocese informed!!!

NEW YEARS EVE CELEBRATION EVENTS:-


Vigil Mass; Saturday evening St Dyfrig's parish vigil mass @ 6pm 

 Shared Meal:  31 Dec New Year Eve shared social meal @ 8pm open to all friends of charismatic renewal  in St Dyfrig's Parish Hall. So dont forget to bring in and share a buffet meal.

New Yrs Eve Holy Hour: St Dyfrig’s Parish, Pontypridd invites you to a Holy Hour to see in the New Year – 11.15 p.m. on Sat 31st Dec until 12.15 a.m. on Mon 1stJan 2012. The adoration will entail lively praise and worship music lead by the Diocesan Service Team music ministry

Followed by Tea and coffee social in the presbytery and a display of fireworks!!!

 Don't Forget to get your own fireworks !!!

 St Dyfrig’s Charismatic Prayer Group is being re-launched 
On Thursday 5th January 2012, St Dyfrig’s Charismatic Prayer Group is being re-launched with a Charismatic Mass. St Dyfrig’s Charismatic Prayer Group will meet every Thursday thereafter from 7.30 p.m. to 9 p.m., including a Mass on the first Thursday of each month and special guest speaker Bruce Collins, a former leader of “New Wine” and author of Prophesy!, speaking on Thursday 9th February.

Adoration in St Brigid's RC Church, Llanishen, Cardiff:-


Adorers needed to carry on Adoration in St Brigid's parish every Thursday after 7:30pm mass. Adoration lasts from 8pm to 9pm.

Please come and spend an hour with Jesus and talk to him as your friend.

NEW HEALING CONFERENCE IN ENGLAND AND WALES KNOWN AS "SET FREE"

'Set Free to Serve' is a non-residential healing conference and will be
held at St Marys Catholic High School Hereford Wed 6-Friday 8 June inclusive.It is being led by Fritz and Diana Mascarenhas who for over 20 years
have served as directors of ICPE mission centres in different parts of the world and are now based in India. They will be joined by Fr Elias Vella from Malta who frequently ministers with them and is commisioned by the Bishop to work in the ministry of healing and deliverence and pastoral care. They have led Set Free weekends in many countries, including Australia, Canada , Malaysia and India and prompted by their
bishop they are now coming to the UK.The Set Free conferences are based 

(John ch 8 v.36 'When the Son sets you free, then you shall be free indeed'.)
The conference seeks to bring healing and wholeness in the power of the Holy Spirit and the restoration of our true identity in Christ through the Cross, the Sacraments and the Word of God.
We are really excited that 'Set Free to Serve' is coming to this
country. Spaces will be limited so its suggested that you book early.
